The Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) have sought access and information related to Innopac Holdings' (I26) chief executive, the investment holding and management company announced today.
CAD has asked Wong Chin-Yong to assist with investigations into suspected breached of the Securities and Futures Act (SFA), Innopac said.
CAD has also asked for access to, among others, all corporate electronic data and equipment belonging to Wong.
SGX has since halt the trading of Innopac Holdings. It was last traded at SGD0.015.
