As stock investors (even though a small one), it is important to keep abreast with the latest financial and market news. Since I am in it, I thought it might be worthwhile to share it out with my readers too.
Hence, I started this "Market News In 2 Minutes" series.
Following are the "Market News In 2 Minutes" for today :
1. Intraco (I06) - Announced that it will acquire 70% of KA Group for $16.6 million. KA Group is a fire protection solutions provider. (source : The Edge)
2. ASJ Holdings (538) - Received a voluntary conditional cash offer at $0.065 per share for all its issued and paid-up ordinary shares by Taiwan-based company Ralec Electronic Corporation, that currently owns an approximately 28 percent stake in ASJ. (source : Shares Investment)
3. Courage Marine Group (E91) - Its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Cape Ore Marine Corporation, has agreed to sell MV Cape Warrior, a Capesize vessel for a consideration of US$8.7 million.
