1. Tiong Seng (K2P) - Has signed a joint-venture (JV) agreement with two listed Japanese companies to manufacture and supply precast tunnel segments to the Singapore and Malaysia markets. (source : The Edge)

SingTel (Z74) - The Southeast Asia’s largest telecommunications operator, said on Wednesday it would buy two digital advertisers (Adconion and Kontera Technologies) for a total of US$359 million ($449 million), eager to achieve profitability for the business through expansion.
