
As stock investors (even though a small one), it is important to keep abreast with the latest financial and market news. Since I am in it, I thought it might be worthwhile to share it out with my readers too.

1. Wing Tai Holdings (W05) - Said it will not try to delist as a way out from rules requiring the company to dispose of all units in its high-end residential projects within two years of completion, its chairman said. (source : The Edge)

Singapore Post (S08) - Says it has received a letter from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) dated 15 July 2014 giving its approval for Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba Group to become a substantial shareholder of the company (for $312.5 million).
