1. Pteris Global (UD3) - Announced that it has completed the $137.6 million reverse takeover (RTO) deal with Shenzhen CIMC-Tianda Airport Support. Following the RTO, Pteris’ existing operations will be merged with the larger Tianda Group. For more details, click here. (source : The Edge)
2. Aztech Group (560) - Has acquired a 100% stake in Glenn Marine Logistics Base on Aug 21, for $11 million. Glenn Marine, which is involved in the repair of ships, vessels, and tugs as well as marine logistic services provision, will be renamed AZ Marine Offshore Services. (source : The Edge)
3. Sheng Siong Group (OV8) - Has entered into a non-binding letter of intent (LOI) to set up a proposed joint venture company with Kunming LuChen Group Co. to operate supermarkets in China. The JV company will have a registered capital of US$10 million. (source : The Edge)
