As stock investors (even though a small one), it is important to keep abreast with the latest financial and market news. Since I am in it, I thought it might be worthwhile to share it out with my readers too.

1. Ezra Holdings (5DN) - The contractor and provider of integrated offshore solutions to the oil and gas (O&G) industry, today announced that its Subsea Services division, EMAS AMC, has been awarded several projects around the world worth close to US$110 million ($137 million), including options. Global Logistic Properties (MC0) - The provider of logistics facilities in China, Japan and Brazil, has entered into a strategic partnership with China Materials Storage and Transportation Development Company (CMSTD) to form a JV to develop logistics facilities in China. The JV is expected to invest over RMB 3.6 billion ($727 million) to develop an initial pipeline of up to 14 million sq ft of buildable area across China on 29 million sq ft which CMSTD currently holds in its land reserve.
