1. Pacific Radiance (T8V) - Said its indirect subsidiary, Radiance Offshore Holdings, has agreed to incorporate a JV company called DOT Radiance with DOT Holdings AS in Singapore. DOT Radiance will be engaged in the business of owning and chartering of offshore support vessels. The investment in the JV company will be funded through internal resources. (source : The Edge)

3. TEE International (M1Z) - Bagged $73 million of new contracts in Singapore. The new contracts awarded will lift the group’s order book to $493 million. (source : Shares Investment)

Singapore Press Holdings (T39) - Via its subsidiary ShareInvestor, has acquired 60 percent of the paid-up share capital of Waterbrooks Consultants and certain of its trademarks and intellectual property rights for $0.9 million. Waterbrooks is primarily involved in the business activities of providing investor relations, financial and corporate communications, sustainability reporting and crisis management services.
