Market News in 2 minutes
As stock investors (even though a small one), it is important to keep abreast with the latest financial and market news. Since I am in it, I thought it might be worthwhile to share it out with my readers too.

Hence, I started this "Market News In 2 Minutes" series.

Following are the "Market News In 2 Minutes" for today :

3. Hiap Hoe (5JK) - Plans to sell 39 shop units, most of which are strata-titled units in Parklane Shopping Mall, in line with its plan to divest non-core assets even as it capitalises on healthy investor demand for retail space. (source : The Edge)

4. AEM Holdings (A10) - Agreed to dispose of its 57.7 per-cent owned subsidiary, Microcircuit Technology (S) (MCT) for US$3 million. Following the consecutive losses of MCT from 2008 to 2013, amounting to US$42.9 million (approximately $56.6 million), the company views the disposal to be in its best interest.
