I am an email subscriber of The Edge Singapore and constantly share their daily snippets in my "Market News In 2 Minutes" series. For the past 2 days, I noticed that their daily post has not been updated and also receiving a couple of emails from The Edge Markets (with complimentary daily briefs in pdf format) instead of from The Edge Singapore.
Only today did I realised that The Edge Singapore site has since moved to The Edge Markets with a total revamp of user interface. The new look is definitely more modernised (as compared to the older version). However, I noticed that their daily Edge (which is one of the key source of my daily brief news) is gone ;-(
Also, the new platform seems to have some stability issue as certain link(s) doesn't seems to work. I guess this is part and parcel of the teething problem in any kind of migration. Having said that, I think The Edge Markets is still a great source of online market news and will continue to browse the site whenever I got the time.
Lastly, I noticed that they have started sending Daily Brief (called "Morning Brief") to their email subscribers which is quite informative. To have a glimpse of what is in their Morning brief, click here (pdf format).
