1. REITS : OUE Hospitality Trust (SK7) - Will spend almost $500 millions to acquire Crowne Plaza Changi Airport and an extension of the hotel in a move to drive growth. The extension will be completed by end-2015, will give the hotel an additional 243 rooms. (source : The edge Singapore).
