Super Group - Will The Momentum Continue?

Ever since Super Group (S10.SI) released its Q4 2014 result in late February 2015, its share price has been sky rocketing. In fact, since the start of the year, the share price has increased by 20% (from $1.145 on 2nd Jan 2015 to $1.375 on 6th Mar 2015).

It is understandable as its Q4 result is in line with the analysts expectation and two of the brokers (DBS Vickers and Maybank Kim Eng) have upgraded the counter to "BUY" call. Of course, I am not saying that it is worth buying since the brokers say so, I means it (the brokers' "buy" call) is definitely one of the reason why the sudden jump of the stock price.

The key question is whether the momentum will continue from here? I guess no one can answer this question for sure. What I can see is that even though this counter is trading at an huge premium ($1.375 vs their NAV [Net Asset Value] of 44.62 cents), I have positive sentiment about their route to recovery and their next growth phase of expanding their businesses to to other regions such as Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Besides, Super Group has a strong balance sheet with a Net Cash position of $81.3 millions.
